Michael E. Montgomery President & CEO
Michael is the chief evangelizer at CGI - igniting a passion in others to make clean, safe drinking water a reality for the whole world. He strongly believes educating drillers on best practices will have a transformational effect on the water drilling industry, and his experience in offshore drilling pairs well with this belief.
Educated as a civil engineer, Michael built an industry in the testing, inspection and maintenance of blowout prevention and related equipment through his company WEST Engineering Service which he sold to Lloyd's Register in 2012. He now sits on the Living Water International Advisory Board.
Janet J. Montgomery Chief Financial Officer
Janet provides expert advice on company growth strategies and financial obligations to fulfill international and domestic client needs. Through her own company, Stewardship Wealth, Janet partners with CGI on marketing opportunities to mutually strengthen the company brand.
Brandon joined CGI in 2015, and he develops and maintains the highly-engaging, hands-on curriculum presented to water well drillers around the globe. Brandon's experience working with charitable organizations, along with drilling wells for the thirsty in Central America and Haiti make him an integral addition to the CGI team. Brandon’s fluency in Haitian Creole and Spanish allow him to educate in the native language and foster relationships with government and municipal personnel.
Kim manages all marketing and communication efforts for the CGI business. Her experiences help to strategize and implement tactics to enhance the CGI brand with traditional and new media, as well as through community outreach. Her efforts strategically align with the organizational vision to provide leading technical training and consulting.
Jairo joined CGI late in 2015 as the Nicaragua country manager. He assist in the development of learning content, and assists in analyzing business opportunities for international work. His expertise in operation and maintenance programs allows him to educate local governments on the importance of water access.
